Staying at this hotel has been an extremely horrible experience, indeed. Nothing seems to be O.K.here. Even the intercom does not work.TV did work for some half an hour but stopped afterwards with a signal saying card is dirty and needs to be cleaned and inserted again.Staff is cooperative but rude.Hot water is available only if you tell the staff before planning to take bath.Almirah,hangers etc.are not provided.Watch in room shows wrong time,prabably it's battery is defective. Overall,it's NOT a place to come and stay. Every thing including the behaviour of the staff.

It was an amazing experience staying here. Located just beside NH 48 towards Udaipur so easily reachable. No need to go inside the city. Clean room and linen. Gated premises, ample of parking space. Staff behaviour especially Narayan Patel (manager) is great. Very helpful and cooperative. He had upgraded my room. Gave me options to select room of my choice. Petrol pump and hotels around. Safe for family and solo travellers. You can order food from outside. Internet, T.V, comb, pair of slippers and other amenities. Recommended to stay.

Stay was just ok. Pictures shown doesn't match with reality.. check in was time taking without any reason. No lift, solar geyser instead of electric one. Over all rating somewhere between 1 to 2And yes at finally at check out you will be forced by reception to give them good reviews to boost up their business. The guy on reception forced me a lot at some point our argument would be turning towards fight if my cab to airport was not there

due to exam we got 2 hour stay without any extra charges, I spent 5 days at hotel it is quite good and staff behaviour is also upto the mark room service and other facilities provided in mean time rooms are also clean and large and also everyday cleaning activities carried out by the hotel staff over all it's nice place to stay at here I am also looking forward to visit again

It was a very good experience living in Palav Palace, i was there for a business trip and had a great experience as it was near Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel airport. Staff was very good and they were cooperative and helpful. As it was in the center of the city transportation and food available was very close to the hotel. Overall it was a great experience

due to flight timing got extra 4 hours stay without any extra charges. it's an awesome experience that I never had in any other property as of now. ample car and two wheeler parking. easy accessible and we'll connected with all type of transportation lime bus, train and flight

Overall experience was good, few things to notice:Bed were bit smaller in size, not comfertable for small family with kid, otherwise it on road so location wise its good Nothing,Dinning room, food is not available in the premises , so one need to arrange food from outside.
