Superb and Excellent Hotel StayI recently had the pleasure of staying at Prime Palazzo in Tezpur, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The check-in process was smooth, and I was quickly escorted to my room.The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The attention to detail in the room's design and furnishings truly exceeded my expectations.One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their friendly demeanor added to the overall welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.The dining options at Prime Palazzo were also outstanding. The restaurant offered a diverse menu featuring both local and international cuisine, and the food was consistently delicious. Whether I was enjoying breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I was always impressed by the quality and presentation of the dishes.In addition to the comfortable accommodations and excellent dining options, Prime Palazzo also boasts impressive facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a refreshing swimming pool. Traveling from Guwahati to Tawang, we had to halt for a night. While driving our way to our destination, the only place we could think of was Tezpur to halt. we couldn't find any better place than Palazzo Prime, seeing their reviews. with lots of questions and doubts, we booked there for a night. we couldn't have been any happier than choosing this place. Amazing 5-star hospitality, well mannered, had a good etiquette, neat and clean room, the manager also helped us in getting the pass that was helpful for our travel and guided us on where we would get good local food that we want to try. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends if they are traveling via Tezpur. Getting food in Assam and Arunachal Pradesh is challenging. But you may bindly rely on them for food anytime. Note: they serve only vegetarian. if you have more time to spare. you have a movie theater above your stay.

The staff is coordial, location is at the centre of main market, the really impressive part is that they have tie up with gold gym on top floor, so you have access to trainee and good eqpt. The buffet for breakfast is adequate and fresh. Loved the stay. Rooms are clean , well lit. With some rooms giving a view of the market.

This place is fantastic. the service and staff were very warm, welcoming, cooperative and helpful. it's the only Purely Vegetarian Restaurant in the area and their food was also good. will definitely recommend to make this place as your pitstop, when travelling to northeast by road.
