Palette Country Club Surat

i didn't stay in this hotel. At the time of check in , hotel staff refused to provide the booked room and offered to downgrade room .So, We refused to stay there because room wass verry small like a toilet space. I talked to Oyo official and hotel manager regarding this but issue was unresolved. Oyo official offered me 20% discount and stay in small room. But we refused that offer and requested to return the amount but Oyo said it is not possible and I should talk to Goibibo. I talked to Goibibo in mid night at 2.30 am but Goibibo official said everything thing depends upon the hotel and Oyo management to decide the amount will be refunded or not..Issue is unresolved till now..In simple word , it is Oyo property and Pictures of room are very different,and at the time of check in they can change the room so don't pay in advance.

the hotel was shabby and not cleaned especially the toilets were disappointing and very dirty as seen in pictures. there was construction work going on the same floor in front of the room, that makes the whole stay noisy and dusty inside the room it was very discomforting to stay in the room here. although the booking said that the brakefast is included , we were denied the breakfast and instead were told to buy it ac are very old and don't work well with the remotes

the bed creaked a lot so couldn't get comfortable sleep. the bed was made of very poor quality of wood. flush didn't work properly. hotel staff were slow. no shampoo or body wash were provided only two small soaps. overall a good hotel but could improve i feel

we stayed here for one night while returning back from ro ro ferry.. location is good..stay was good... very co operative staff..rooms need lil renovation... otherwise all good.. recommended for short stay
