Apart from service , this hotel tick marks most of the good stuff . Rooms are quite big and spacious ,neat and clean as well . However the front desk needs to work more to cater to customer requirements . He is a one man show ,tries to do the best he can but then sometimes it could be too much for a single person to handle everything . Not sure if owners are really interested in running the business .

hotel is good,but for assistance and check in no body is there at reception, we need to call at the number shown at reception... it feels wierd... some one who pays for the hotel and nobody is at the reception. but lodging is somehow good... not that big...

Value for money is too damn good and the people are so friendly and even the place is in a good location which very close to Manipal university, udupi bus stand and udupi temple . Totally it is clean and convenient and spacious

Located on main road, very close to Sri Krishna Mutt. Though had booked for overnight stay, checked in the next day morning because of change of plans. Place is just average with normal rooms. They didn't provide towels.

Dish was not recharged, and though requested they have not did it. bed bug: post getting up in the morning, I got severe itching, red dots. nil maintaince. nearest to city.
