It was a very pathetic experience at the hotel We got the room late for checkin upon calling they turned on us and said it was provided on time. The service here is too late, they do not have any restaurant and just for plates you have to call the reception the 4 times and still they will get it wrong. I had included the breakfast on the plan it was poha or parathas for it. We wanted to cancel it but the property denied. Really pathetic services and the worst experience in Jaipur!

palm hotel is ok ok basic facilities are not in the property like tissue rolls, electric cattle etc staff services are not quick !!! property is not senior citizen friendly not very good i think i won't recommend to anyone 🙏🏻

Very bad experience, room was very small ac was not working no doormat was there no shop in washroom I will not book rooms through goabibo
