Stayed here multiple times. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staffs are supportive. Location is good and close to hanging bridge which is major attraction in punalur. Overall good experience and value for money and suggested to many. Faced hot water issue two times. But resolved it laten on and now its fine. Management should look into this as most of the guests look for hot water for bath. Breakfast should have some more options and room service need improvement.

Hotel panacea is a standard Hotel with comfortable stay .polite staff.i had called few times after booking to confirm the location the lady staff at reception was very polite..behind the Hotel is a bar but different entry so no interference for family people.It is located around 50 meters from punalur bus stand at a walkable distance. Near the bridge .full access to transportation. Parking space of panacea

Hotel was very nice. Room was spacious.. Everything was very nice. but only one thing disappointed us. The breakfast.. it was complementary breakfast. the first day we went and waited for 45 minutes and we didn't get the breakfast after which we got some Idly which was not at all nice.. so from the next day we went out for breakfast.. if you can improve that it will be awesome.. thank you..

Room is neat n tidy. But just fits a king size bed. A mattress was provided on the floor for a third guest. WiFi connected without Internet. Do not add breakfast or lunch or dinner as the hotel does NOT serve buffet. No locker for the safe keep of valuables. Staff are good.

Located opposite KSRTC station and easy walk to historic Suspension bridge, in the heart of Punalur town. Clean and quiet rooms with cheerful and helpful staff. Rooms may not be large but they are tidy and serve the purpose for an overnight stay.

Such a good experience stay with them located at the heart of punalur city. spacious room with neat toilets. on top of it the staff over there are more polite and helpful.. I highly recommend fir everyone wish to stay in punalur..
