Location was good, staff helpful but rooms need to be renovated, they are very old with OLD powder distemper paint. Wall plaster /paint is cracking and coming out. It is serious health issue. AC was clogged and could not cooling properly in our both rooms. No set top box in our one room, other room's AC remote missing. For these basic things all the time we had to call them. Hotel needs immediate attention from owner.

Great Customer Service experience, nice, friendly accomodating helpful Manager and Staff. Clean room+bathroom however perhaps a fresh coat of paint required for a better aesthetic experience. great Hotel location, near Airport+KSRTC Bus Stand+City Centre. easy to find cabs, autos, buses etc. Restaurants plenty in vicinity at all times of day

The property was decent enough to stay. The staff behavior was good and co-operative. The rooms were clean too. Food was not available. Easy to locate the property. The bus stand is nearby. And it is a safe place for the guests to stay in this property also. 2 or 3 car parking facility was there for the guests.

This is a average hotel for just bed & bath. The beds were not clean & presentable. If you checkin during night times, then you have very less option for food. For vegetarians, there is no options at all in the menu. It is just opposite to main bus stand & that is the only advantage.

Though the room and washroom was clean, the walls had so many stains that needs a fresh coat of paint and maintenance. Tea maker should be a standard amenity as they dont have proper room service they get you even tea coffee from their restaurant on payment. Good, neat and clean.

It was easily accessible from Railway Station and very near to Bus station. Very comfortable for frequent travellers. Plenty of shopping areas nearby. Clean Hotel. Good breakfast with variety of dishes to choose for breakfast like Idly, Vada, Kesari, Uppittu, and Dosa.

amazing place to stay, overall experience was good, staffs are really good it was in city centre because of which we are able to visit most of the places was worth money I did booking only for 3000 for 2 night

A little expensive....supposed to ve a delux ac room....just seemed a normal ac room to us. Not very friendly or helpful staff. Convenient for the bus station but wouldn't recommend.
