Location is very odd. though it is half an hour from Airport, it is on the gate side. the Prepaid Airport Taxi counter said they don't have that area in their system and did not accept my booking. I had to take a private Taxi. Return Taxi was also at the mercy of the Resort of staff. Food was very bad. Had to wait for one hour to get Bottled water in the night. Ordered Tea in the morning at around 11:30am and again they took 1 hour. This is a resort hotel and hence everything is laid back. No complementary Water Bottles in the room. Wifi will work only in the lobby. Staff were friendly. But they are not enough in strength. the biggest mistake to stay here if you are on transit or on business.

its one of the worst resorts any1 could visit in their life.. We had pathetic experiance 1stly *** u shid know to send confrmation to the resort management. While checkin we have to wait 1 hour to get confrmation mail from ** then resort management is not friendly to cal to custmer servoce n check for mail altough we had mail confrmation but since they dnt had it they necer cld n made us wait n food is pathetic service quality huhh lets not even talk abt it, no friendly management.. I wud nvr recomend any1 to visit.. Thanks for ur time. I wasted my money....

Overall resort was good but depends on what purpose you visit the resort. If you are visiting this only for pleasure then it s perfect but if you want to do some activities then this is not the right place. Not much to do here. Only Swimming pool. Food is good and the service is also good.

The main issue that I did not like about the hotel was its maintenance that it was not at maintained properly and the rooms were also very dirty. I did not like the stay here much due to this reason.

most of the place was closed for renovation. the restaurant food was limited but the price was as before. service was not good
