Though it's located in Vijay Nagar but very average hotel.. They have ample parking, rooms are ok. We stayed in Jan 22 when it was 14° in Indore but we hardly got hot water in our room. We booked it for 2 nights, rooms were not cleaned for both the days saying they don't have extra keys. TV, WI-FI was not working. Complimentary water bottles were not included though mentioned in the description. We had to pay extra for water which is not acceptable for the price we paid for our 2 nights stay.

Hotel offers poor value for money. Run by an old couple. Woefully short of staff. No hot water. Air conditioning inadequate . Food quality poor despite rate being very high.No restaurant in hotel. Only supply in room, after long wait . Small size TVs with expired cable connection. . Broken furniture. Low level useless chair in room. No soap dishes in bathroom. Towel only on demand and of poor quality. The stories of miseries can go on and on.

I booked via pay at hotel option but they have taken full amount before check in. Tea served cold as the pot was not having the cap. I felt a very few people stay in this hotel as not found even a single other customer during the entire period i stayed over there.

Worst experience, unhygenic bed & sofa not clean since long, no exhaust in bathroom every smell come in room, window ac is vibrating woth whole window feeling like travelling in village bus, they even charge for complimentary water.

I stayed at Hotel Paradise Indore for 1 night, its very comfortable and centrally located.Rooms are very neat and specious, Staff is very helpful and cool...Felt like home during my stay.
