Hotel Park Land

The only good thing about this hotel is location and to some extent it's furniture. Though the hotel staff tried their best to provide services, they needs more training. Few of them were nosy and enquiring about us as if they are conducting a survey. food is overpriced but not at all up to the mark. half of the items on the menu are not available hence can be removed for the visitor' convenience. this is the first hotel in my entire life who charge for water and don't provide complementary water per day. wierd! rooms are made very nicely but not at all maintained. bathrooms, bedcover etc are not cleaned properly even after the room service sheets weren't changed. bathroom had only one soap and shampoo, atleast as per the pictures they could have placed a comb or two soaps. the coffee set at room worked properly but was for only one person...we were two people. the TV didn't work. After I almost fought with them, I got water and other necessary stuff. most of the time the room service didn't pick up the call and everything was handled at reception. while checking out we asked for someone to help with the luggage and they said we don't have anyone as it's 6am in the morning. they could have just sent the reception guy for a courtesy and we would have denied that. i might sound rude but this experience was pathetic. with a better management at hotel, this can be a really nice place to stay. i hold no hard feelings for the staff as they tried their best as per the resources they had and they training they got.

Bad Hotel, I found there was a Rat in my room, they recommend me room change which is okay, but why'd I have to face this type of inconvenience at the hour. the study table didn't have any PowerPoint. they didn't even have ice cream in the stock. there is hardly any staff available at the hotel. feels like they have made a good looking hotel but they are not spending on Maintainance.

Hotel ambience is good. Staffs are not professional particular when I checked out at early morning one of the staff behaviour was very very rude. They need to improve in the department otherwise they faced problems in future and losses the customers. Hope they sort out the issues very soon. They also didn't provide wifi in the hotel rooms. Open parking is a major issue.

The hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities. when i say food was very good Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families.
