Pros :Room is clean.TV,AC,bed,bedsheets are good.Staff were polite and service was prompt especially the security gaurd greeting everytime with smile. Cons:One day mud water came in bathroom.Inquired about it and was told that the tank was cleaned then.Shampoo and conditioner were not refilled for two days out of 5 day stay.Did not ask about it as i got my own items anyway.Bedsheet and bedspread , towels were not replaced everyday but the old ones were clean enough.Water boiler in the room was rusty inside .Could not use it because of that.

very poor service,we stayed for 3days but no room services like room cleaning ,bedsheet change,and toilet cleaning were done after reminding many times.also if u order any food or drink from their restaurant they ask for money on time of services.like if u r eating and ask for extra roti or water they insist for paying in mid of ur lunch or dinner.very poor service.no one is bothered abt any complaints.we just want to stay close to collage we have work there.but not recommended 👎

I stayed at this property for one night and in the room Pillow covers, bed sheet and blanket were not changed from last customer stay. You can see the stains and mosquito carcass were intact which makes it obvious that the linen were not changed. This is disgusting. I would not recommend this property for staying. Not worth the money spent.

In Overall hotel is nice but coming to room service they unlock the door with key card even without knocking. There is lock for the door from inside. it's little bit frustrating. Amenities provided are good. It was good. But it would have been better if that awkward moment would have happened

unpleasant check in experience. there are no rooms available at the time of check in. after waiting of 30 min they have allotted. worst washroom. no dental kit provided. parking cellar is full of drainage water. so bad

I think cost of the hotel should be reduced according to the services they provide., but staff behaviour was good Nearer to DR. Y.s.r health university , ramesh hospitals , etc .,

I haven't tried Food and Drinks. Rest all are very fine. One of the best hotels at a very convenient location in Vijayawada within the reach of our budget.
