Half the amenities were unavailable/not working. The least you expect is potable drinking water. But all they give is 2 600 ml bottles per day.

Rooms not clean, reception staff needs training to talk to guest . Staff at breakfast was good. Amenities in rooms are spoiled , condition of towels are bad may be not changed with
