Pros: 1. Very nice service. The proprietor Mr Prashanth himself checked when we are planning to check in and whether we had food or not. 2. In one apartment , we have 2 rooms, one hall, one kitchen and one washroom. 3. One apartment can accomodate minimum 4 people. 4. We get few utensils, induction stove, Aquaguard, drinking water, extra mattress, extra blankets and extra pillows. 5. Room service is available. You can order food, tea from outside hotels. One assistant is always at your service. 6. Excellent location. Located at M G Road/ I G Road. Everything is available nearby, including hospital. 7. The proprietor himself guided us about the places to visit and the route to take and the best coffee shop to buy excellent coffee powder ( freshly ground) Highly recommended :) Cons: 1. Donot expect a typical hotel. Looks just like an ordinary home. 2. There is no a.c. You don't really need ac in chikmaglur basically.

Excellent place to stay. Extremely helpful caretaker and owner (Mr. Prashant). Flats with two double bedrooms, kitchen, Hall. Geyser, UPS power back up available. Restaurants available at walking distance. Caretaker delivers food if you order through him. Parking for 2 cars only. However, you can park your car outside the place. It's a safe residential locality. Very quiet. Almost no traffic passing by at night.

Amazing stay just within the city limits of Chikmagalur, surrounded by all necessary amenities. The property is located inside a residential settlement which offers you calm and quiet atmosphere. Combined with this, the value for money rate and heartwarming service of care taker Mr. Harish made our stay a never forgettable experience!!!

It is the best accomodation you will find in this price.. They have decent size rooms and and best part is kitchen, they have provided few utensils along with induction and fridge so you can cook too.. it is in a centre of the city so market is also very near to this place.. overall it worth your every penny..

awesome experience in Stay... they were so humble and very helpful.. happy service.. they have specific uh heaters and kitchen items as well for our need... great spaceous room.. worth for students as wells as family stay .. all are so sweet here.. they have 2 bed rooms as well as a Hall and a kitchen

It's was very nice homestay at very peaceful place.There is no views from this homestay but it's okay for budget friendly trip.Bas thing was they don't have attendents. It was budget friendly homestay and It's is a main location of town from you can access everything.

its located near bus stand and also value for money. we stayed over der for 2 days, no room cleaning service during our stay but it has induction, and basic stuff if yu want to re heat food, within 500ml lot of hotel also available for meal.

It is good for an Indian family who like home type of stay. It is Non Air conditioned room however dont think any one will need a air condition in Chikmangaluru. The kitchen is equipped for minimal cooking especially for little ones
