Hotel Peacock Pride

Fairly new hotel, well located but very disappointing service. Front desk staff had an arrogant/rude attitude and totally indifferent to your needs. We were told that the hotel was sold out even though only one other room was occupied. Gave us no choice in rooms. We got used bathroom amenities, of pretty ordinary quality, so didn't bother to ask for anything more. Hotel had good rated restaurant, but fairly high priced considering the Star rating of the hotel and the neighborhood. They were offering 25% discount on Zomato, but no discounts were available to Hotel guests, unless one ordered thru Zomato. So overall not a memorable experience.

Worst hotel I ever stayed before, unhygienic, no cleanliness, to place food order intercom not working. we have to walk to receptionist to order food and after ordering they took exactly 45 minutes to deliver the order in room. when asked during order time they said 20mts but fails to deliver on time. very disappointing, pls repay my entire hotel booking amount. 500 rupees lodge is far more better than this hotel. Please return my booking amount unhygienic washroom, on-time service failure

Stay was good, but the hotel want to be maintained properly. No cups in the room, central AC lot of noise. No milk powder sachets, given when asked. If the hotel is maintained properly, then it will be good and complimentary breakfast was been ordered from somewhere else and not upto the mark.

When I checked into the hotel the staff gave me a room and the AC was not working, asked the staff to change the room and they kept telling me, AC is not working on any of the rooms, very horrific
