Hotel Pearl Regency

It was very bad experience booking though it was my first time booking. Once we reached to the hotel he told us hotel is full even though it was showing your room was confirmed no need to call the hotel than he apologised saying sorry n he had adjusted to the other hotel which is Konark residency than we have to check in that hotel n in night v had dinner n v slept That room fridge was not working,room phone was out of order and our room door cannot be locked by using keys which v bought to the notice but nothing changed than NXT day v reminded again but was the same nothing was done n later they changed the fridge looks like old oneWhen v had gone for breakfast and after having breakfast they said it's chargeable we had Puri baji,sheera and tea but when I had booked the room with complimentary breakfast but it was of no use and it's a waste of money booking with complimentary breakfast and when I asked the konark hotel owner she said only Poowa and that also without tea that was very surprising and when I contacted hotel pearl regency he told they should serve us with Poowa, Sheera and teaThan later Konark residency owner told us u can leave n go back to your hotel if u r not happyAlso if the room door cannot be locked than who should be responsible for our items

We were in the hotel for 2 days. Room is very nice and clean( specially bathroom). Staff are very friendly and co operative. Enjoyed our stay there. Overall good property in prime location lots of resturant nearybye.2min walking distance from beach. The rooms are neat & clean. The staffs are humble and honest. I forgot the gold ornaments of worth rs 3lakhs at room. And they found and called me to handed over in same condition. I really appreciate the honest behaviour. Hats off to you!! Best place to stay in Malvan. You can explore Sindhudurg Fort, Chiwla Beach, Dandi beach, Jay Ganesh Mandir. All are at walking distance (less than 1.5km) from hotel. Calm and active manager always ready to help, one call away for arrangements of vehicles. Also guide best food, things to purchase.

it was horrible to stay... room smelling, cockroaches in room, bathroom untidy, flush not working, linen not proper. attendant available only sometime. rooms not at all maintained. bad experience....in fact 50% refund is required.
