I had the misfortune of booking with The Bombay Home company and my experience was an unmitigated disaster. The property I booked was a dump, infested with ants everywhere - kitchen, bed, and even after changing the bedsheets, they reappeared within minutes. The cleanliness was non-existent, with hair-covered bedsheets, dust, and trash under the bed. The water supply stopped for over 24 hours, forcing us to flee to another property, despite paying The Bombay Home Company for the privilege of staying in their filthy accommodation. And don't even get me started on their customer service - unhelpful and uncaring. But here's the kicker: even their luxury rooms are not worth the exorbitant prices they're asking. I had to pay extra to upgrade to a "luxury room" just to escape the nightmare, and it was still a rip-off. Bombay Home's complete disregard for hygiene and customer satisfaction is appalling. Save your money and avoid them like the plague. Trust me, you don't want to end up like me - frustrated, disappointed, and feeling ripped off. *Rating:* 0/5 (and that's being generous)
