“Pepper and clove “ Restaurant, Palaruvi Don’t get impress by the name and photo of the resort. We got hurted by their services. I booked this tent Room provision, Power issue and Smoking in the premises: If you book it will be taken as room. So, we have to be clear before whether it is room or tent. Their tent will not be suitable for family may be suitable for bachelors. Because, during day time it will be hot. Ants and some other insects were inside the room during night time. Also, for tent people bathroom is common between two tents. In one tent, around 7 may stay. So, we have to prepare ourself based on bathroom free free. In that common bathroom, we able to identify cigarette and beedi. As per their rules and forest rules, smoking is prohibited. But how they are allowing their staff to smoke inside their premises. Around 4 am, our power was cut down. We thought power cut is for all. But by morning, we come to know that, we alone suffered that power cut. We informed them in morning and then they have arranged for power around 7 am after our wake up. Inside the tent, there were one charging extension point, which is broken. It is not safe to stay with that. They have given air cooler inside the tent, which is not working properly. That have provided one plastic dinning set, which is very nasty and not clean. Seems they have not cleaned for long time. That too they have taken from us, with out asking us. They have royal customers who are staying in their Rooms not in Tent. So, they have room service for royal customers. But for us, there is no call from them, even if we inform anything to intimate. Also, we are not provided any necessary stationary items like bathing soap, paste, etc., which will not be available there, where as we have to purchase from downside. Food arrangement issue: We ordered . As per their booking, day 1 check in 2 am to day 2 check out 12 pm with free breakfast. But, they provided free break fast for one day only. If it is for one day, it should be mentioned in booking or to be informed by them. On next day, after bill preparation, they are telling about one time break fast - free and we have paid for second time. That too, though they has many dishes, they restrict us for idly and dosa only since we are having free break fast. They have royal customers who are staying in their Rooms not in Tent. So, they will provide food to them first and then they will provide food to us. Likewise we received food after them, in both dinner and breakfast time. Then what sake we have to order the food to them, 8 hours before and we have to wait. If they want only royal customers, why they are accepting orders like us. By this two hours wait for ordered food, we lost time for spending at tourist spot as per our plan. There is no drinking water facility in tent, every time we have to approach kitchen. Location issue: It is in the top of small mount, we reached there by Google map. Due its location in slope, walking was tough. So, tourist without car like us, it was tough to reach there and to come out from there. Common transport is allowed till entrance. From entrance to room, we have to travel with their vehicle. If we want vehicle, we have to call them, they have to arrange vehicle. If vehicle is not available, we have to wait or climb the mountain by walk. Their vehicle is included with charges for every time. Some positivity in this visit, The cook gave hot water and food for my 9 month child whenever I ask. All food provided by them was good and tasty. They attended my call before reaching there by last week and showed tent inner structure and bathroom facilities, which help us to fix ourself. They allowed to vacate half an hou after. By this visit to them, we trying to say that treat equally everyone. Or else, give preference as first come first serve. This is written to know how we suffered there by internally and others to get an idea about them in services to customers.

Located in the deep woods. Best place for nature lovers. Foods are awesome. Staffs are very friendly. Definitely worth for the money.

totally waste ...no wifi, food below average, no tv signal ,No Jeep service, no single Tent house, No free adventure
