Good Points Cleanliness, room service, complementary items, behavior, food, accommodation quality. Drawback In the description of the items to be made available to the traveler, items like cake, air purifier(not freshener but purifier was specifically mentioned) etc were written, hence the claim of higher prices can be justified, but they were not provided, and I get it that usually they aren't available, but then why write it? I don't know whether it's a fault on the venue's part or the Apps part, but this should be taken care off. Why 5 stars? They upgraded our rooms and showed very good behavior.

I had booked it for one of my family member who had stayed here and really enjoyed the experience. Although the road is narrow, the hotel has a underground car parking which is a plus point. Breakfast is given in the room, while lunch and dinner can be ordered in the restaurant in the same building where the hotel is located. It is very clean. Traditional assamese thali is found in the restaurant😊
