Hello, This is the only luxurious hotel at affordable price in Nagercoil and even I prefer to stay here than hotels in Kanyakumari which is not far from Nagercoil. People at reception is very friendly and nice welcoming. If you are thinking about trip to Kanyakumari or anywhere within 50 KM from Nagercoil then this is the best hotel to stay and enjoy. The food quality is simply awesome and authentic especially the meals. Kudos to the whole Hotel Pioneer team. Keep it up!

It was good stay at Pioneer Grand Palace. The place is really great with respect to the Rooms . this is pretty new hotel with nice ambience. I stayed here for around 5 days. We stayed just for a day. It's a new hotel maintained well with cordial staffs and is at the right spot. Only drawback was the breakfast. It wasn't spread as a buffet. They served on the table and taste was ok. The service was a bit slow especially coz it's morning and people have plans for the day and push off fast.

Really very good Hotel in Nagercoil. I would suggest , instead of staying at Kanyakumari , anyone can stay at Nagercoil ( Just half an hour distance). Hotel Lobby & reception area is good. Complementory breakfast is good . Staff is courtegeous & trained. Overall very good experience.

This is my second time to this Hotel and like before, my stay at this hotel was excellent. Friendly staffs and room service were good. I recommend this Hotel always. I hope they will maintain the hotel infrastructure and service as now in the future.

Best hotel in this town. Rooms are very spacious and its located in the center of town. Easy access to railway station and bus stand. Swimming pool is complimentary here. Value for money and very safe for family customers.

The food, rooms and location of the hotel is good. There's an auto stand right outside which is very convenient. Front desk was helpful, but can be better. Overall my stay was very pleasant.

Rooms are good &neatly maintained, very poor service and rude behavior from the staff, after ordering you have to wait for 2 hrs, do not replenish room amenities also.
