pictures shown are just awesome but hotel is poor. Rooms are small and bathrooms r even small. No parking for Cars. Hotel is inside a Small lane where only some bikes can go. Cars don't have parking for nearly 1KM. also hotel is at Very buzy place and opposite to Girls PG hostel. Not at all Suitable for Family. Only 2 people are present at Hotel. 1 reception person and other Helper that's it. Very POOR.

please don't choose this propety it's not a star category hotel in photos only rooms are looking very nice and reality it's very worst condition, very bad smell in the room full of seepages wall having lots of fungus even 10 minutes also you can't stay in the room that much smell over all waste of money

Plaza Heights is very near by to the Madiwala bus drop off points. so it was an easy walk to the location. Everything was clean and well maintained. Nice location with all kerala hotels nearby. The only drawback was the lack of table to keep and use laptop

the room was swarming with cockroaches, the room was really small and was nothing like shown in the pictures. they have a 1 litre instant water heater installed in the bathroom instead of a regular gyser, so showering was next to impossible

Very comfortable room at competitive price. Great and beautiful ambiance. Staffs were courteous. Complimentary breakfast. New rooms and clean. Free wifi. We had a wonderful sleep and wonderful stay. Both are important!!!

Experience was worst from the beginning. 1. No parking , we had to park our car on roadside.2. Our room ( No. 4002 ) had no lock, They told us to adjust without lock.3. Room was not clean, It had so many bugs.

The room was nice and clean and exactly as shown but no toiletries, towel anything else was provided even after requests at the reception so the services were disappointing.

Good place to stay and service is also good. Lots of restaurants and shopping placed around. Close proximity to Madiwala bus stand. Would recommend to stay here

Not at all worth for money. I have booked executive room and they didn't even provide TV connection until I asked late night. Service is too poor.

No TV setup box, no electric kettle, Room cleaning not done even once after check-in even after multiple requests for a 2 day stay.
