Excellent is too less a word for the warmth and love we have recieved during our stay. We stayed there with an almost 2yrs old toddler and it was the most baby friendly hotel we have ever stayed in. From the baby food to giving a new bucket set keeping my babies safety in mind won our heart.. They took care of our each and every need. All the chefs especially the person making Tripuri dishes are awsome. Me being a localite, got authentic taste of mosdeng and bangoi... Specially mentioning Mr Snehomoy, Ms Purnima Mog, Ms Barnali Dhar for their warmth and hospitality and also many other i dont remember names.. From food to housekeeping everything was topnotch.. Thanks to the team alot.. Wishing all the very very best...

We stayed here for 5 nights at a premier category room . The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were here for my daughter's tennis tournament and the stay was extremely comfortable. And so far as the food is concerned it was just so so sumptuous, flavourful and of good quality. My daughter especially loved their mihidana tart. All the staffs at the front desk, restaurant and house keeping were extremely courteous and made our stay a memorable one.thank you for everything 🙏🏼

Excellent Hotel, we loved staying there..It's located in a very prime area and the facilities provided by the Hotel is awesome, I enjoyed Gym, Lunch and dinner.Staffs are very qualified and helpful.Will surely book it again for my upcoming visit to Agartala.Thank you Team Polo Towers for making our stay highly comfortable and memorable.everything was good.Food, gym, Connectivity, safety and security.

This is a new property. So everything was clean and hygienic.. Check in was quick. Staff were professional and helpful.. Room was clean, Spacious and came with a nice view. Pros: Clean and comfortable rooms, Cons: Food was costly (Try to book room with breakfast), Still some building works are pending, AC was not working in corridor and lift. (hope they will complete it fast).

the stay was very pleasant. the staff were helpful and polite too. i'd recommend people to visit (just note that the swimming pool closes by 6pm so arrive early if you're interested in using the pool)
