Pros : First of all the room and bathroom was clean as it gets. But size is too small for four people. Soap, shampoo and bath towels were provided along with electric kettle. Food was good with all vegetarian menu. You can enjoy good ocean view while having food. Location is literally on the sea shore. Cons :Room is too small. All the rooms are built on a cliff so you need to climb multiple steps in order to reach your room. Not recommended for elderly or physically challenged people. Staff was not rude but not well coming either. Every one speak with poker face and flat tone. Food menu is limited. Table service doesn't exist. Bath towel were quite worn-out. Bed linens were dirty and not even acknowledgement from staff about it. You expect better basic hospitality for the price range. Road gets blocked by the local authorities during festivals making it impossible to reach or leave the place using car. Place is too small for a family. Road was closed off meant hefty amount of walking with the luggage.

Room service - Too poor Food - Ok, but the person taking the call, will behave like a principal and will ask u to tell everything in one call....I called for the 2nd time to add something to my order, he was like .. y don't u tell everything in one go.... the hotel has been converted to pure veg, 2 years back and everything has become pure nuisance post that it seems. Good that we spent too little time at the hotel. They will tell u every room is beach facing.....face inclined 0-180°, can be at any angle

Great location, beautiful surrounding and atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful reception and staff ever, great first experience of hotel . Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Rooms were clean with a balcony and beach view. Best part is the location, as it is located on the Gokarna Main Beach and is within the main market close to Mahebaleshwar Temple, Maha Ganpati Temple, Ram Tirth Temple. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Friendly staff,good guest room,clean & unique. Had a good stay in the hotel as the staff service is attentive and responsive. The room cleanliness is worth mentioning.Comfortable bed. The sea view from room & balcony is breathtaking. Food was good fresh and on time. Request management to work on dining area aesthetically,such a beautiful sea facing areas needs bit attention.

Went with my mom and Dad... the location is very nice ... you would be able to see the beach from the balcony, however the rooms are not clean and the bedsheets and covers smelled... it was humid and claustrophobic. The smell in the room was unbearable. The toilet was clean. The food is not at all good... However the owner/caretaker was a gentleman...

Location of hotel is very good. one can go walking till temple. Rooms are very nice and toilets are also clean. But only problem with hotel is non veg foods are not available. Veg foods are available. Overall experience was good

I stayed one night at Poornima,yeah, very nice property, very helpful manager Mr. shridhar very helpfull person nice rooms with all amenities but food was very tasty but only pure veg here overall nice stay

descent stay with sea facing rooms, opt standard rooms or premium rooms. (deluxe rooms are deprived of good views) and my room didnt have wifi which was disappointing, but wifi was operational in common area.

Location was good infront of sea view, I have booked premium room it was costly but worthy too and food was awesome specially veg noodles and tea along with masala dosa, staff is also very nice.

it was a beautiful resort. we had an ac room facing the sea. rooms were clean. the geyser however was not working.
