Prakriti Aalay - River side Mountain view Resort

The hotel is located at an isolated place near forest, down the hill. The stay was pleasant. Room was small but clean with great view of rivulet flowing just adjacent to the property. Mattress heater worked well. Tea coffee maker was provided. They have tried to give a village like look to the rooms which has worked out well. You can go down the river from the property and enjoy the chilled water. Also u can hire a bicycle and explore the forest. They have space for badminton, but not maintained. Few indoor games, yoga mats etc are provided. Food I felt was overpriced. Buffet is mandatory for dinner. Maybe since there were 2-3 families the night we stayed, the spread was not good.. especially nothing really for the dessert! The chef could not prepare khichdi for my kid and gave a half cooked pulao type thing instead. I wonder if he doesn't understand what khichdi is!!! Now the biggest con, there is no access road to the property, you have to climb down the hill. Thus property is Not recommended for elders or people with any problems of legs knees spine etc.

Natural beauty around the resort is amazing. The riverside views are breathtaking. But the food is overpriced and the taste don’t justify the high price at all. We ate there 5 times and not even once were satisfied with the taste. All chicken dishes taste the same as if they put boiled chickens in the different curry and name it differently. Service is also poor. They keep on waiting you in the middle of meal for the your orders. Tissue papers , pickle and stuff like that are never on the table and you always have ask for them then only it comes on the table. Zero marks for the overprices average food and below average service.

superb stay ....peaceful nature ....ideal for elder and kids both....owner thakur ji hospitibility was gr8.....food was tasty .... however buffet has less items but quality & quantity was enough ....price also reasonable...must stay...already decided for next time stay also... superb....family friendly...night dinner time sufi music in open terrace was wonderful...

It is the best hotel in terms of natural view from the rooms and hotel restaurant. also it is totally sorrounded by nature. Adding to it a small river passing from just in front of hotel. which gives awsum feeling and view. Cool place to be with ur partner. Had a lots of memories with a place like it
