House Rules 1. Check-In and Check-Out Check-In: 9 AM to 7 PM Check-Out: By 12 PM 2. Self-Service Unit: Our property is a self-service rental unit oequipped with a kitchen, basic utensils, and essential appliances such as a fridge, water purifier, and air conditioner. Please note that hotel-like services are not provided.3. Room Cleaning: Room cleaning, including bedsheet changes, will be provided by the owner every 7 days. For any additional cleaning in between, guests are requested to manage it themselves. 4. Electricity Usage: Electricity usage is free up to 10 units per day. Any usage above 10 units will be charged at Rs10 per unit. 5. Gas Cylinder: A gas cylinder is available upon request and prior approval at a charge of Rs100 per day. 6. ID Requirement: Guests must provide a valid ID (Aadhaar or PAN card) at check-in. This is mandatory for all guests. 7. Security: For safety and security, please ensure the unit is properly locked when going out and upon returning. 8. Wi-Fi presently not available.9. Towels and toiletries to be arranged by guests.
