Had very rude behavior from the hotel reception. He was not available for 30 minutes at reception and kept room boy to take care of checkin who is completely unaware of the checkin process. Then after 25 minutes the person came and started arguing that you have not waited 30 minutes but 25 minutes. What difference it makes. Room pillow cover also seems dirty and when informed, they were not bothered.

very pathetic service and rude behaviour of the receptionist also not interested to provide a Bill. also good properties near Railway Station area with attractive rates.
