We booked 3 rooms, Poor rooms given as they have better accommodation in the same rates, little type of fraud

As per your base category selected we have provided the same .and it was from your end made an early attempt to book. and made this choice from your side and differentiating the room categories deluxe and standard room in same price but this does not exist .if you would booked a deluxe we would be providing the same to you as per your choice
