you get more than what you see online.. the service is just too good.. staff is very humble and helpful.. food served is finger licking.. location is nice.. rooms are super clean and fresh..an to top it all the hotel is eco friendly providing many natural options to choose from. gym in the hotel is well equipped ans well maintained.. its more of a business hotel but we didnt feel any odd.. its a good option if you wanna enjoy the property relax and have some quality tym with family and have fun... the spa in the hotel is run by a group of blind people but the experience was just too amazing.. Theres not much to explore in phaltan but it is a center to many places in a radius of 80km.

Great stay! We were travelling with 3 kids and had a very homely stay at this property..Its an ultra clean, cosy and brilliant hotel. Just on the highway, spacious parking, hassle-free check-in,check-out.Buffet breakfast has a good spread, staff is well-mannered, very co-operative. Staff has been really helpful with kids requirements,Special thanks to Premjeet, Satish. Thank you Jakson Inns team.

Hotel was well maintained & taking care of covid protocol . Staf is very good. Food quality is good This place is very quite & very good for conducting small meetings. Frint desk is helping you fully in case you required any help . Wifi is working good . I can't imagin this type of hotel in this small city . But my overall experience is excllent .

I had gifted a one night stay for my inlaws on their anniversary and I would like to say that it was one of the best experiences they had..very courteous staff and awesome good.. Would like to mention Mr. Dhumal F&B manager who helped us to plan a menu for them and handled it perfectly..

Swapnil the front desk manager is a great person.. made my entry smooth at 1.30am with a big smile.. and also to my surprise arranged for a cake at my arrival as it was my bday.. and all other requirements were taken care of without the slightest problem.. great stay. Thanks Swapnil..

Great luxury in a semi urban set up of Phaltan. Big rooms, king sized beds and clean and tidy. Has huge dining area with lavish food. Staff is very polite and are eager to help customers. Hello

Hotel services are average. they don't provide valet services for car parking. Don't have adequate and responsible staff at hotel entrance for security check , for welcome and all.
