1. Pathetic customer service. When I booked the hotel and went at 1045pm night my friends family came to drop me and within 2 mins reception guy started questioning and said they don't allow outsiders within promises.It was a nonsense argument with loud noise's which woke up other room members also. So it was an okay hotel with bad person incharge.He even asked me to cancel my booking and go out because I was questioning him. This is me with my family and I don't how his arrogance is tolerated till now. I would rate negative for this incident.2. They dont provide any water bottles in room. You need to pay for a 20 Rs bottle after paying per night for single room.

worst room service ever, behave like they are doing it for free, and the young guy sitting in reception was very rude behaves like he's a owner of the building, don't have basic manners and treats every customers very rudely, he looks very suspicious person, overall my experience is really worst.
