In my whole life I never experienced such incident. According to my booking my chek in time 12 am to 3.00 am as i travveled fron Chandigarg to Cochin and my flight reached cochin at 9.00 pm. I hired taxi from Airport and reached Chenganoor, Priya Hotel premises at 1.15 am and i tried and stood there almost forty five minites knoking and calling loudly at the security door, but nobody responded and even my phone call at hotel number nobody responded.

Hotel attendent dint lift the phone n mobile which i called around 30 times and made our family wait for one hour outside the gate at midnight 12:15 am to 1:15 am without opening gate,we were shouting and making all sort of noise at night for an hour but in Vain.....atlast after a hour he came out as if nothing happend.....

Worst experience already i book a room to 3 persons in a room but they are not allow 3rd person and take extra charge amount to allow 3rd person. There is no water in rooms and they take extra amount to supply. I never seen this type of worst hotel in my life. Finally i am not recommend to this hotel to any other person.

Stinky room. no ventilation. Everytime I cross the reception I was asked when i will leave. Cockroaches in the room. Overpriced. Not worthy. I d not pay more than 300 for that room and i had to pay thrice. worst hotel experience. The room itself and the hospitality sucked everyway.

i have booked this hotel for 21st Aug 2019, but unfortunately I can't stay there, when contacted hotel staff, they are not responded properly... again i booked room for 21st Dec 2019, even now the Priya Hotel Chengannur staff didn't reveal whether it is confirmed or not?

Hotel is 1.1km from chengannur Railway station. Room was very congested. No proper ventilation was there. Tv was not working. Cleanliness was average. Bed bug was there! Better not to opt this one if you need a comfortable stay.

The stay was good. The person at Reception was polite and courteous. In summer one must go room with AC only. Being compact room and no windy air flow inside room from outside suuffogated. We kept our luggage for a day.

average stay. bed was clean. Bathroom needs more cleaning.TV was not working. only advantage is less tariff as compare to other hotels in that area. had restaurant and bar attached. Ok for one night stay.

If possible in non a/c rooms you can put mosquito mesh or net for air circulation. This is good for travellers those who are staying in your hotels.Other services are good.
