Overall it was a comfortable stay. The property is kept very clean. Toilets could have been better maintained. The shower in the first room was leaking so had to change the room. Housekeeping was not up to the mark. Had to ask every time to give water, teabags and milk pouches. Have to improve housekeeping. There were no mugs in one of the rooms to drink tea while the other room had mugs. Toilet paper was missing when we checked in. Tried their restaurant once but the food was a bit on the spicier side and the staff was not trained well. Had to continuously tell get spoon, get glasses etc. The lift was not working most of the time. The property is located in a quiet surrounding while being close to the main street where the other hotels such as the VITS and Ginger are. I am sure a little more attention to the service and housekeeping will make this property a perfect stay.

everything is fine just parking issues. you will have to park your vehicle at the roadside. room and washroom are maintained and hygienic. Quick staff. but no one will take your luggage to your room. you need to carry it yourself. Food is also good. overall a decent stay.

It's near Railway station, Walking distance 5minz only ..... very safe and comfortable place for family. They didn't drop at your room Zomato, Swiggy parcel. You need to go and collect your parcel...

Stay is very nice Room which I stayed 207 is fine. But my suggestion is to improve House Keeping Staff. Complimentary Breakfast is very nice. Overall stay is very Comfortable. Thanks Rajiv Jha.

Property is new and located in the heart of the city. Walking distance from railway station. Needs to improve on breakfast. Overall a comfortable stay.

Great rooms, Great washrooms, awesome breakfast in this budget. Only con is in room no 207 there was a constant water drop noise throughout the night.
