Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent services. We had our breakfast and dinner there. Food was good and great. Value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Very nice hotel, very supportive staff .. Rooms was clear quick in response .. and location is amazing just near by Rose garden and in sec 17 market .. and indian coffee & all branded showrooms just behind it.. rock garden and sukhna lack almost in 5 km range There is extra sofa/couch which you can use as bed

Supportive staff , overall good experience They have provided tea and toast even before the prescribed time of 7:30 a.m. as a special service. ( Breakfast was included but due to timings , I was not able to have this )

Rooms are old, with outer brushing up only. There are no windows, and room is stuffy. Washroom quality is on lower side, breakfast is average. Location is good in market place.
