Advantages : > Neat rooms and neat toilet > Room cleaning and wiping daily after 9 AM (if we are in the room) > Good bed and sleep quality > Prime location away from highway sound pollution (quiet area). Pure veg restaurant (srinidhi upachar) is near by - added advantage. Disadvantages / negatives : > No running hot water 24 x 7 in thr room. Water comes just little warm (not suitable for patients) only from 5 AM to 7 AM. Very difficult to manage in the cold place like bengalooru > No customer care and no intercom facility. We have to manually go to the office room in the next / same street to report our issues > The office persons know only hindi or kannada. I expected them to know atleast English if not Tamil My stay with my family was ok. The running hotwater is not coming. This is the major issue here. Rest all are ok.

Previous year I stayed at this hotel, we were in the 2nd floor and other than bad quality utensils, everything was much better. But this time we got a room in ground floor with the same cost. It has lots of cockroaches, not at all a clean bathroom and the space was too small to stay for a patient. Overall the room was dirty as well.

very very bad experience, not well maintained. Its not clean,dust in the bed and window so much of cockroaches are in the room no cartons on the window. Not provided bath towels/soap. A good thing i got a kitchen. Kid got allergic due to dust No blinds on the window,so privacy issue is there

Kitchen utensils were not in very good condition. Daily room cleaning was not good.Location is very good for people who are going for treatment at Narayana, service provided for Hospital to and from is very good. Overall worth staying.

Good location for the people visiting Narayana institute of cardiac science. Breakfast is very good and free cab arrangements for the inmates to hospital is too good and valuable Ambience is too good and quite enjoyable

Staff behavior, amenities and services were good. Location was quite interior, it was difficult to locate the hotel. Cleanliness was good. There was no dining facility. There was no complimentary services.

Good Place to stay, Clean rooms, Bathroom,Bedsheets pillows were soft and hygenic. Loved my stay. 24*7 Pick and drop to hospital service. Reception officials are kind of rude. Rakesh is a good person.

Staff behavior, amenities and services were good. Location was good, locating the hotel was difficult. There was dining facility. Cleanliness was nice. There was no complimentary services.

it was good, and hotel is having drop and pick up facility to and from hospital... but hotel didn't provide toiletries however as per goibibo app it was showing in the facilities

The location of the property is inside from the main road. Food is available but chargeable. The room and the washroom was also clean. All in all my stay was absolutely fine.

It is like home to people for visit to Narayana Hrudalaya. They provide kitchen and utensils. Also,they provide free cab to hospital .

Very good rooms and polite staff. Pick and drop facility for Narayana Health city. Rooms are big and have kitchen also.
