What truly stood out was the personalized touch – the team surprised me with a beautifully decorated room and a delicious cake to celebrate my birthday, making it an unforgettable moment. They even extended our room at a very nominal cost, which was extremely considerate and convenient. The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy connectivity to the main city areas. The property is modern, well-kept, and ideal for families. The food deserves special mention – every meal was a delight. A big thank you to the restaurant team – Amit, Afroz, and Ranjan – for their excellent service and for ensuring we enjoyed fresh and tasty meals throughout. Excellent experience. We recently visited Playotel and we found the staff members to be extremely helpful. They called in advance to get the airport pick up done and upon arrival, the hospitality shown was very good, We requested for Jain food for our parents and that was made readily available. Food quality was amazing in breakfast as well as dining. All the staff members were extremely helpful, special mention to Vandana mam at the reception, Poonam and Suparna at the restaurant. Cleanliness was spot on. Even the security person was very helpful in assisting our old parents. Overall, an absolute amazing experience. Keep up the good work.

We stayed for 2 nights and had pleasant stay. We faced minor inconvenience while check in however staff was quick enough to solve it within seconds. Room size was good and cleanliness was upto the mark. It was husband's birthday and they provided complimentary cake at mid night which was very yummy. Food quantity and quality was perfect. They were kind enough let us checkout 1 hour after checkout time. Front desk staff was very humble and warm.
