i paid for complimentary breakfast for 6 persons. they did not provide. rooms are smelling with cigarettes smoke. switch boards covers, wires came out. ceiling fan, bath room light are not working on generator power. rooms are very dirry, unclean. bed sheets are dirty. provided only one towel. no proper car parking. very bad experience. return my breakfast cost for 6 people as they did not provide.

Very easygoing experience. Everything felt clean and cared for. No noise or issues. Staff helped quickly with a small question. Would gladly return. Great for work trips or quick stopovers.
