Taj Agra

This hotel is an icon. And our expectations were high getting there after a wonderful vacation in Rajasthan were we enjoyed many lovely places. To say it short: the Taj Hotel & convention Agra was every bit we expected and more. It started with a very warm welcome at the check in and continued through the stay. Here, everyone from the staff is happy to “go the extra mile” with a smile on the face. The breakfast was absolutely great offering Indian and continental food. The room we were given was simply a dream. It is not easy in a hotel of this size, the many guests who arrive every day and the high expectations you rightfully have to make everyone feel as if he is the most important guest. The Taj does it and I thank you for this wonderful experience. Spl thanks to Pawan in the housekeeping staff who went an extra mile to feel us home and Mr Subroto for the wonderful presentation on the history of Taj Mahal. My kids... me and my wife had our best time here... thx again

Location -Best, around 750 meters from Taj Mahal Ambience - Best Food and serving - Top Notch! Chef Praveen Ji and his assistant Mr. Sagar took every effort to please, especially the kids. Delicious cuisine, every bite of it tried. In-Room service is Very Poor, you request some toiletries on phone, they tend to forget, you call them again, then send something else, only to send the correct items later. Sometimes, they do not send at all, keep on waiting. Also, the phones do not always work. The operator tends to miss your calls often. Everything else is commendable including the courteous reception, guards, the people in the evening activities section are really good, always put on a smile, are ready to help. They feel you home. The Terrace is well equipped, gym and the pool, and the view from the pool is just amazing, beyond words. Thank you for making our stay comfortable. Regards,

Taj is Taj when it comes to Hospitality. They would not leave any stone unturned to serve their guests. Even in buffet ( where everyone is expected to take on his own), there were atleast 20 attendants to serve you on the table. They always come with a smiling face The Care .

Had a wonderful stay , Hospitality is too good. It was our Anniversary, accordingly the Hotel staff decorated our room and also provided Cake which was a surprise for us.Buffet meal is also great with multiple options. Suggest everyone to have atleast a night stay.
