Resort and service is good. But while navigating using Google map it's quite difficult to locate the resort. Initially we preferred for tent. But after seeing the size of the tent we re booked for cottage. Location of the resort is just on the sea shore middle beach Gokarna. 2 km from Mahabaleshwar temple. Pay park parking is only available. They will charge Rs100 for parking of the vehicle.Road from main road is too narrow for around 300 metres. Volley ball court is also there which we can enjoy volleyball and throw ball Play on the sea shore. Rooms could be quite more spacious for the rate they are charging

Stay was amazing, staffs are very helpful and polite, they'll provide you whatever you ask them, even the owner is very friendly... you can wake up in the morning and be amazed by the scenic atmosphere you're into..alcohol is a bit expensive over there, that's maybe because of limited availability in the area.. overall experience was quite satisfied

Though it's located slightly inside but is easily locatable. The property is good as well. The rooms & services here were great as well. Their staffs were very well behaved too. The overall ambiance of the place is very pleasant as well. Had wonderful stay here.

Great stay and the cottage rooms were well maintained. Had awesome experience as it is situated at the beach itself. The food was good and all on reasonable prices. The only thing is, it does not have own car parking, had to keep it at pay and park.

i was impressed by dhanraj the person who takes care of booking and facilities, very friendly and very helpful, even though the facilities at the cottage was not that upto mark but this person attitude and help was amazing

The tents were clean and good. The chairs and hammocks and the view were the best part. The only problem was the food in the restaurant took too long to arrive. It took us almost 2 hrs for breakfast itself.

The hotel is perfectly located in front of the beach. location is more than awesome, however, don't expect cleanliness in this hotel, you may also find bugs and lizards around yo keep you company.

Good beach side cottage. friendly Host who can guide you and suggest places and help in designing the plan. Suggest to take an AC room, too humid and hot at any time of the year except in winter.

I have stayed in the property and my overall stay was very cozy there. Hotel staff behavior was good and the hotel amenities were fine. Location of the property was convenient for us.

we booked tent...and was a good experience..but there is no charging points inside the tents..other than that..it was a great experience...loved the beach view from there.
