Great location and ambience of the hotel.. this is the third time I stayed in this property.. Radisson Blu Coimbatore is way ahead of other hotels in Coimbatore.Great hospitality and true cultural values reflects in their staff’s behaviour too. Just to mention one case .. during a breakfast, I felt like having a Sukku coffee ( a blend of dry ginger powder, coriander and jaggery which is an old traditional Tamilnadu coffee). I knew this is not the part of menu , and you don’t get in a five star hotel . To my surprise, when i requested, Chef Sahid , went inside kitchen and made a Sukku Coffee just for me and brought .. Being a marketing professional I call this “ Going an extra mile for a customer”.. We need more personal like Chef Sahid in the hospitality industry.. I like hotels which have professionally trained staff and courteous to the guests

My family and I had a stop over in Coimbatore, on our way to Ooty. We stayed for 1N 1 D at the Radisson blu; And, our stay was very comfortable - neat- clean rooms, reasonably charged, & the food was good more importantly. Especially, Chef Shahid did a very good job at making chicken kebabs for us. Morning break fast was also very well made and Chef Shahid was ensuring that not just us, but all other guests at the breakfast had what they needed. Staff and service was overall excellent and they provided us everything we needed. Strongly recommend Radisson blu Coimbatore.

9-3-25 If we get an offer of Max 5K for 1day for a family(2 adults nd child).. Just book it without even think. Rooms very neat and clean. Well maintained. 4ft pool on the roof top is good, no kids pool. Gym is occupied with plenty of equipments. I experienced two things which was not good and I raised my concern to reception. (Which might not happen ) 1.Severe smoking smell in the bathroom that too on 2nd day after 10am. 2.I had to call 7-8 times to get a towel in the pool(waiting more than 40mnts). Hence I reduced service quality mark
