Lousy entrance & irresponsible reception...Asked for advance while checking in, even though I have paid in advance. Only hindi speaking boys..Compact room..unchanged sheets. Toilets are Ok. Good A/c & TV. No room cleaning for the second day. Not at all a place for families...Last option in Kayamkulam if u want to stay back. Recommend these type of hotels to remove from your list!

Booked a Ac room but they given a non ac I think they don't konw about cleaning, too much dirt and stains on bed sheet and pillows, no toiletries in the room Not maintained rooms utter waste

everytime neforw check in we need to wait for an hour, they say cleaning etc only after we coming. this is second time Iam experiencing the same stuff. poor room service.

One of the worst hotel I ever seen. Road side platform is much better than this hotel. Still I feels like vomiting. Room and air was filled with fungs

Too small room for a couple. Room not clean. All walls filled with dust. No hot water in bathroom. Provided old bedsheets. No food facility.

Location is good . Rooms are average. Helpful staff. Cleanliness to be improved. Good for solo travellers. For family, i wont recommend .
