Ambience better than that expected in Saharsa but outside staff won't bother to take your luggage nor allow the vehicle in front of the reception. You have to repeatedly ask for. Though resort and functions continue, nicely no disturbance. No wi-fi in room so there is no TV running. Still helpful as allowed their reception desktop to book my return journey. Plates should be collected after ample time. Food though oily (dinner) and butter toast was without toaster but dinner was tasty and even half a plate of veg was huge as i could eat slightly more than half of it only. I will definitely prefer it with wi-fi in the room. Reception services were like any top class.

overall rainbow resort is good, everything seems ok... improvement require:- 1. AC cooling was less since rooms are in big size, should have installed ac as per room capacity or regular service of AC. 2. Mosquitos are too much even inside the room, which can't control by coil, they should do fogging in regular intervals.

The hotel's location is very good. Wide open space with greenery. The rooms are spacious and ventilated. However they have a lot of mosquitoes. So much that good knight and all out are not effective. They need to get those Electric Bug Zapper/Pest Repeller Control.

really good hotel. actuall this premises is built in 1883 as inspection bunglow. spacious, open garden. corridor, just like heritage hotel in amazing price. highly recommended. food, service large rooms. nice
