The hotel is under construction,, our room was in the basement without any windows. At Upper floors too, construction is going on,, reception interiors are also being renovated. Nobody shall take this hotel if sees it physically prior to booking as dust is everywhere and whole day noise of machine troubles a lot. They are taking advantage of booking.
