Lemme share my grandeur experience with few points. 1. No manner as how to talk with the guests. 2. No room service at all. Room services are being provided only to those who have book ac room but non ac are being ignored intentionally. I asked whether whether they provide room service or not, the **** in the counter said the chefs are on holiday yet all other ac rooms are being served. 3. Pathetic conditions of the bed sheets/covers and blankets. It seems like it has been there for ages crying for water to be touched. 4. Bathrooms are fine but the water in it contains lots of black materials. I have to put my clothes on tap to clean it. Over all experience of my three days stay was total wastage of time and money. Cautions: don't deceive by cheap price

Good side :Cleanliness, Staffs behaviour, Quick Services.Bad side faced : Rooms Door was very tight to open, Bathrooms window was broken.Both the no was wrong which was givenWhich creates some tense moments for us at the train station.

Service was pathetic, food was food. Manager asked to pay extra while checking out. We were forced to 3000 extra excluding food, even after payment was fully done. No blankets no towel no water was provided. Very bad experience.

It's located in the Prime location. Walkable distance to Railway, Markets.The food was good. The staff were friendly. Easy check in and check out.*Note*: Just need to fix one broken glass of window

good budgeted hotel near Railway station, Staff behaviour is very polite, Manager nd Reseptionist are very helpful, i strongly recommend the Hotel for stay at Dimapur Nagaland

The staff were incredible. Any issues we had they resolved quickly and were always extremely helpful. Good food from the kitchen too. Location is also close to rail station.

the glass of the bathroom windows were broken and the wash basin was clogged and leaking. door mat was very dirty

Bed quality is not good.... bedsheets are dirty and smells so bad window curtens are small privacy breaks..
