Wifi password not provided by the person handing over the key, hence struggled for network as both Vodafone and Jio networks are poor. 3 TV's but all non functional. No desk for working on the laptop, no bar tools as in photos. Only one plastic chair which made is extremely uncomfortable to work with laptop on the kitchen platform. No housekeeping. 2.5L water provided for 2 pax for 2 days. No supermarket /grocery store near by. Cannot drink tap water. Crockery / Kettle in bad shape. 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms hence good for large family/group, geyser only in 1 bathroom. Bathrooms not maintained well. Could not lock the apartment door from inside as internal latch was broken. Caretaker barged into the room on day 2 with another guest even though had booked and paid upfront for 2 days. The building is neat, good security, restaurant is good, however all these are outside the apartment.

It's a kind of service apartment. The rooms are good, with a nice little kitchen, with some basic utensils and crockery. Inside view of the property looks very classy and beautiful. But the security at the building entrance is irritating. Firstly their check-in process done by the security team is itself awkward. Then every time you get back to the property, you need to answer a lot of questions, some are irritating because the way they are asked. Unlike typical hotel experience where you feel welcome, here you feel as if you are surely going to commit some crime.

I really Disappointed with services and flat ..it is really disgusting.. Staff and security department are very rude and the most imp rooms are very dirty and there are so many Ants on bed and mosquitoes in the rooms and no gizar no proper water facility Washrooms are very dirty and TV and Fridge not working are AC remote not working old AC ... I am really very fed up there i must say to people plz don't prefer to visit there ... I am giving zero rating ..Ghatiya facilities and services .😖

The rooms were decent, but the experience upon arrival was disappointing. I couldn’t find the reception as there were no signs, and no one from the hotel was answering calls. After an hour of searching, I finally found a building watchman who guided me to the reception. The lack of signage and assistance was frustrating and definitely needs improvement.

security is staff is not good and they talk with all very rudely and Anger. not good room even not facilities as per payment. washroom bathroom is very bad. TV channel was not working. water not coming properly and air conditioner is very bad. not providing and food or breakfast. not allow any other friends visiting at room. everything was bad.

Overall the property is good but the 1 BHK rooms are not that great. The bathroom is not maintained well. All dark spots, slippery floor due to bad drainage. The property is also in a very secluded area. Font find anything around the property. No management person to complain either.

Washrooms stinking. TV not working Inspiring of raising complaint. remotes do not have batteries. I have booked another Hotel for my stay from 12.00 pm to 6.00 PM for obvious reasons. Very sorry to give this feedback. Please delist this property for better. Thanks.

It was amazing experience to stay there. The owner of the flat is so kind and generous. They have maintained cleaning and hygiene very well. The food and service is also good of this place. The best combination of Value for money and comfort

Waited for an hour to get the keys after entering the premises the premises was not clean and they were asking for extra money. According to me rs for such a low service and not such a good property is very very high.

No amenities mentioned were available. Toiletries were of cheap quality and were not complete. Bathroom was pathetic.AC was not working properly.Many food items were not available. Room was however very good.

We Had a Great Stay At Rajhans Belliza. Greeted By Vimal , so Pleasant and Helpful. Room was very neat and clean . he upgrade our room. overall good experience . We definitely visit very soon ....

There is no service of food in the morning we landup and reach Hotel at 9 am. The restaurant open at 11 am it's all empty room key was not working properly. No tea facility in the room.
