I have stayed in expensive and average guest houses but never experienced such bad hospitality. I reached at night 12:00 am in spite of informing them prior to my arrival(which was technically not my job) but the lights were off and the guy at reception was sleeping and it was different. So they were coordinating and we were standing with our luggage. We were alloted a room and we had to pick heavy luggage all by ourselves, staff was not humble at all. Never mind. We enter the the room and all the furniture were covered with dust. Washroom was clean though which I was happy about. When we went to sleep we saw pillow covers were torn. We somehow managed sleeping. Next day (we had breakfast included in the package) so we called the staff to send breakfast. They said apko kab chye? It was 9 already i don't know what time do they call breakfast. They promised to send me in half an hour. After half an hour when i called to check because my mother had to have her meds they said "alu ubalne me time lagega main bread omlette bhijwa deta hu. To which i replied my mom is a vegetarian. They said adha ghnta lagega. All this without being unapologetic. I was really upset at this. They sent the breakfast at 11 am. Meanwhile I had ordered it because mom had to take meds. Cut short. We opened the curtains there is no glass on the window. No basic privacy even. Tv was not working. We called the guy he fixed it and took half an hour. Also basics like soap, shampoo and toothpaste nothing was there. When I asked for it on call the lady said ham airf soap dete hain. (Which they did not give). I already had it there after so much coordination over petty issues. I went to market myself and bought everything. I would never recommend that guest house due to extremely impolite and unprofessional staff as well as owner. They ruined it for me and my mother.

nice and happy!the staff is extremely helpful and whole atmosphere is really comfortable for solo travellers. No housekeeping, dirty ceiling fan ,no shampoo/bodywash in washroom. Just one person doubling up as receptionist, room service and housekeeping! Food is ok, Although menu is only for breakfast/snacks. Main course...not there! Expensive even after discount ,small room and not a good ambience!

Rooms are too small and dirty don't stay in this hotel next time and this is................... ... .. ..... ...... ..... ........................ ....... .... ... .... ...... ...... ... ... ........ .. Blankets are too short to cover two persons.
