1. name of facility is hansi kalyana mandapam and not ram residency.2. cell numbers given in contact details are not responding. only landline responds.3. location shared to customer while confirming reservation is not correct.4. facility needs some improvement with respect to amenities and service.5. person present tells that do not update location / name details although it was informed.6. signboard as ram residency need to be put up.considering its a town less than status of district and also considering local limitations some improvement should be made.

Poor experience, first, hard to find the hotel, map location made available was not as per hotel location, roamed almost 8 kms to find hotel, hotel name was not available in front. wasted money for breakfast, breakfast provided was overvalued which was also bring from local shop, contact made available was not picked up by any staff. Communication problem. Hotel closed at 10:30 pm, if you are coming after 10:30 pm you are on your own responsibility. Hotel room service number not working. Bathroom was dirty no one bother to clean. Book room on your risk,

Not clean. Language barrier during communication with the staff who don't understand any language apart from Telugu. Water wasn't coming for 3-4 hours in the morning in our bathroom. Couldn't flush after pooping / couldn't take bath.

they don't have wifi connection in hotel and the name was totally different. I am unable to identify the property for a long time. I roam all the area but I can't find after that I asked one person and checked in into property....
