Spaceous and neat room. Behaviour of staff is remarkable. They all are approaching you with a pleasant face Always responding to our needs without any delay. Very near to Vile parle east Railway station. Airport is also near. Though on the side of a main road, there is no sound disturbance. Though of good quality, food in the restaurant is costlier. As usual in Mumbai, this is also a bar attached one. A pure veg. restaurant of the same with moderate rate and good quality is available very near to it. Parking space available. Auto rickshaw, the common man's transportation mode will not be available here. The wash basin is fitted in bath room, But it is placed in a way that we can wash our hand with out entering the bath room. Though the task lite fitted above mirror in bath room is sufficient, it is to say that the holder in the bath room is empty, so we cannot on the light in bath room from the bed room.

This is not my first stay in this hotel . Many times I stayed here. I will highly recommend this hotel for many reasons like safety , convenient location for both airports , market & shopping area is within walking distance , front desk staff is polite & quick . There free transportation for pick up & drop off form & to airport. Bellboys will help you for loading , unloading & taking your luggage to your room. And top of this there is free delicious breakfast . Wi-Fi is free for one day. What else you want , rooms are clean & enough large . There is hot water. Charges are slightly higher but I hope they will think as the revenue goes up . Safety , convenient location for shopping . My wife can go alone & do lot of shopping. There is Ram Mandir within walking distance. Neighborhood looks great & educated people . Next door Ram krishna restaurant is great for vegetarians .

I would strongly recommend this hotel for following reasons safe , polite & helping staff , rooms are clean , spacious . king size beds , locker , t v . Free unlimited breakfast , free pick up & drop off airport service , hot water . My experience , check in time usually is 12 noon , that day my flight landed very late @ 1:30 am early morning . I thought why they would reserve my room as I am way late . By the time I reached hotel it was 3 am . To my surprise before I talked to them , they asked me are you Avinash , we are waiting for you . Such a great service you will hardly find anywhere with reasonable value for money . I stayed here many many times . I booked my room on Goibibo , which saves lots of money . This hotel has very good location , airports both ,railway station & shopping are minutes away .Try once & you will come again . nothing

I stayed here for many times . What I liked here is breakfast is fantastic . Safety , no problem so far . Close to vile Parle station . the most I liked is free airport pick up & drop off service on request . If they consider short time stay with reduced price , costumers will be happy & they will get more revenue. Anyway I will recommend this hotel

The stay was perfect. I stayed here for 8 days with my sister, the rooms were super clean, staff was very supportive and food they serve is very delicious. Highly Recommended for family travellers as this place is safe as well as hygienic.
