i recently stayed at the hotel and booked the maharaja room, which was a unique and comfortable experience overall. here’s a detailed breakdown of my stay: room: the maharaja room was clean and well-maintained, though it was a bit smaller than i had expected. however, the size wasn’t a major issue for me as it was cozy and had a regal vibe. the decor and ambiance added to the charm, making it a pleasant space to relax. bathroom: the bathroom was clean, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations in terms of luxury or functionality. i’d rate it 4 out of 5 stars. while it was functional, a few upgrades or better maintenance could elevate the experience. service: the service staff was exceptional! they were prompt, courteous, and went out of their way to fulfill any requests. whether it was room service or additional amenities, their responsiveness was impressive and added a lot of value to my stay. food: the food was excellent and definitely up to the mark. the quality, variety, and taste were all commendable. dining at the hotel was a highlight of my stay, and i thoroughly enjoyed every meal. accessibility: the only downside was the lack of a lift. since my maharaja room was on the 2nd floor, carrying luggage up and down the stairs was a bit inconvenient. this could be a challenge for guests with mobility issues or heavy baggage. overall: despite the minor issues with the room size, bathroom, and lack of a lift, my stay was enjoyable. the excellent service and delicious food made up for the shortcomings. i would recommend this hotel, especially for those who appreciate good service and dining, but i’d suggest considering the accessibility aspect if stairs are a concern. rating: 5/5 stars

The hotel location is awesome, the staff is very courteous, helping and supportive. However, the reception closes around 11:00 p.m, there is no one to answer the provided number. The hotel is located just above a restaurant and the restaurants can be said to be one of the best in Ayodhya. The rooms provided were good and neat and clean. However, hotel staff must take care whether the family is living with the child or not as I was provided a room with two single beds instead of a double bed, though the staff combined these two single beds to make a double bed still the room architecture was not meant for a double bed since the functional on-off switches were hidden due to the repositioning of the bed. The bathrooms were smelly, though the hotel staff tried to suppress the smell by spraying room freshener but the smell started coming again after sometime, it seems to be a plumbing issue. Other than this smelling issue the hotel was very good, the location specially is very good.

pathetic customer service, we were driving to hotel and we were about to reach in 10 mins and requested for food to be served which they mentioned that 10:30 pm the restaurant closes. we told that we will reach but when we reached they denied which we understand but there was no courtesy and hospitality in the team except for the manager we met in the morning. room was good but duvet had hair and stain marks, we requested for a change and they immediately changed it. which we appreciated but had it been checked properly it would have been a great experience as far as room was concerned. opposite restaurant name chatori were so good and hospitable that inspite of them on closing and operating full house, they accommodated us and served what we ordered. overall stay was excellent but restaurant all team members were not great. same breakfast was also very shroud people. there are other restaurant across the road which serves better food in taste and good service.

the most pleasing thing was the extremely courteous nature of the people at the reception - their helping attitude makes the stay more than comfortable. as my wife was recovering from a foot fracture, climbing stairs was difficult for her and they had no single bed room available on the first floor - we were therefore allotted a room on the second floor. but realising our difficulty, they were kind enough to give us a far larger room on the fist floor without asking for any extra charges. it is such behaviour which brings back the tourist and not artificial pomp and show. the restaurant serves home like tasty food, and that is another plus point. whenever we plan another trip to ayodhya, it will be back to ramanjaneya.
