Very nice hotel view was very romantic of ramghat. Centre of Chitrakoot and but tV remote note available in room and after complaints he did not provide,room service also not available staff and restaurant staff behaviour as a familiar.etc name kushal,lavkush,gaurav,sajan and king of restaurant sravan..by by brothers see u late her good luck Yes i have recruited this for families

Worst experience. We stayed for a day. In the evening after check in, till midnight there was no water. Phone was not working. Everytime you have to go to reception. No lift. No parking. You have to park your vehicle in public parking approx. 650 meters away, and you have to pay Rs. 100 for every 12 hours. Very casual approach towards customer comfort.

Location is good on Ramghat. We stayed in the family room. The room is big but the toilet is very small. They don't give complimentary water bottles. The RO water is also not good. They also not provide hot water kettle and tea, sugar in the room. Power backup was available. Food in the restaurant at GFloor was not very good. It was ok.

Location of the hotel is very nice (On ramghat). Staff behaviour is also good. My parents visited during long weekend on 15th Aug, when owner greeted each of their hotel guest and gifted god idols and Hoisted Indian flag in Hotel premises.

Superb Location infront of Ramghat Aarti Location, Restaurant available, Ramghat View from room, at reception Mr. Luvkush has very hospitality with their guests. I totally recommend this Hotel for family and friends .

room cleanness is a concern, cobweb, insect, worms in bathroom, bad smell etc. take matter with hotel management. staff are very co-operative.
