First things first this hotel owner is quite unprofessional when it comes to abiding by terms and conditions as they create their own rules like compulsary gala dinner charges on new years eve when it was nowhere mentioned unlike other hoteliers where they specifically mentioned that they will charge for gala dinner. This thing was sorted after few phone calls. Secondly, my peaceful night turned into a nightmare when in the middle of night around 3:45 AM some drunkyard guests started banging doors and started playing with ash trays. In order to resolve it several calls were made to reception (111) and mobile number of hotel but no one responded as reception guy was too drunk and fast asleep to take calls after that free gala dinner for which other guests paid 1000/pax. It was hell of a night as those drunk guests kept on playing, quarrelling and abusing each other till 5 in the morning. Lastly, the toiletries provided by hotel were of very cheap and substandard quality. Towels seemed as if they were not rinsed properly. The only good things about this hotel was comfortable bed and hot running water.Abusive and quarrelsome guests not attended by hotel in the middle of the night.

Newly built so lack of some facilities and co-ordination among staff. Otherwise staff is good, place is huge and neat and clean. Hot water is available only with Solar. Average right now but in future it can become better.

staff was not professional, even rejected our request to upgrade room , we asked for vechile they even denied that , non veg food was not allowed in the hotel.

Very long distance from hotel to Kumbhalgarh Fort. property are good.
