HOTEL RATAN

I haven't witnessed such a third grade property in my whole life,I kept calling Goibibo the whole night but received no response,I also mailed them but useless,I am on a trip to gurgaon and manali then gangotri,I would make sure that I don't book any room again from Goibibo in any worst situation too.I kept wandering for 1 hr at around 12.30 am to 1.30 am on the roads to find the banner of the hotel ,or a name board ,it was written no where,then Mr.Jugaadu picked my call and he took me inside on 1st floor,then 2nd floor,no water,no toiletries,the room was full of mosquitoes,even the toilet walls are not properly packed and sealed,I got hurt in my legs due to surprise stairs while entering the room,it was bleeding but didnt got any first aid inspite of requesting him twice.Within 20 minutes my fans and lights stopped working due to electricity trouble and inverter failure as told by the boy who was inside.Then at 6.30 am in the morning they switched on the phone and light,I even couldn't charge my phone and at 5 am in morning rushed to nearby medical shop for bandage .It was a sleepless night.I am attaching all the screenshot of calls I didi to but he kept ignoring my calls,at last left with no options,I decided to wait for my family to come and pick me and then I ran out from that horrifying place and took a path that I would not believe this Goibibo ever.I was not feeling safe in that haunted place,there was not even a single person on that floor,no light,no fan in that summer,your leg is bleeding and mosquitoes are on the mission to end up your life,isn't it enough why i disliked that haunted ratan hotel.This was a life teaching incident and a lesson

Bahut bekar hotel hai bathroom smell kar raha hai, Hamne AC Room liya tha par hotel wale AC ka 2 switch rakhe gain aur night me band kar dete hai ke layak room hai par hotel wale

Hotel is at good location , Staff is good, but the bathroom is an Indian toilet & ac water pipe leakage is bathroom. It's an average staying experience.

good at this price, near by market & staff behaviour is also good. good hotel at reasonable price
