RATAN VILLAS SARISKA RESORT - A LUXURY RETREAT

The place is good, the location or surroundings are beautiful. service is above average, hospitality was also apt. The only problem and the biggest party pooper for my complete trip was that the place was too noisy, there was a party going on by PepsiCo staff in the vicinity and that had disturbed me like anything, the music was so loud that I couldn't speak to my wife too who was sitting next to me in the room. I informed about the loud music to the hotel reception but they did organized for them and they mentioned it will be like this for atleast next 3 hours and it was like that from 6:30 pm to 10:15 pm and my whole evening or the prime time which was supposed to be me time had spent in saving my ears from loud music. it was my 12th year anniversary for which I spent a huge amount to spend a romantic evening with my wife but that all went in vein. I don't have any complaint with PepsiCo company but if that was the case wherein a mass booking was done by PepsiCo so the hotel management should not have taken any other bookings. staff, property, food, hospitality, location, facilities all was a-one but this one mismanagement had brought down all my experience and my intent of spending romantic evening went in vein. if hotel management would have Informed me about this I would have happily booked another property for the same.

Disappointing Experience We recently made a one-day trip to this resort and unfortunately, our experience was quite below average. First and foremost, the resort charges for every single thing, starting from ice buckets to water bottles – amenities that are usually complimentary in other hotels and resorts. This was quite off-putting. The inside of the rooms was nice, which was a small saving grace. However, we opted for a room with a dip pool, and to our dismay, the dip pool was not cleaned and had bugs in it. Hoping for a relaxing day, we decided to take a dip in the resort pool. Sadly, it was swarming with insects and larvae floating in the water. This posed a major health and welfare issue, so we had to skip using the pool altogether. Adding to the disappointment, the restaurant service was extremely slow during lunch hour. We had to repeatedly remind the staff to bring our order, which significantly marred our dining experience. Overall, we would not recommend this resort given the price and the value provided. There are better options out there that offer a more pleasant and hassle-free experience.

I recently stayed at Ratan Villas Sariska and had a generally positive experience. The staff was attentive and accommodating, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel's location provided a beautiful setting, enhancing the overall stay. However, I found the room prices to be on the higher side, which could be a drawback for budget-conscious travelers. The highlight of the stay was the inviting swimming pool, perfect for relaxation and refreshment. While the food was decent, it didn't necessarily stand out, and there's room for improvement in that aspect. On the downside, I was expecting more engaging in-house activities to enhance the guest experience. Not much outside.Overall, Ratan Villas Sariska offers a comfortable stay with a few areas that could be further improved. If you're considering a stay at Ratan Villas Sariska, I'd recommend opting for rooms without a dip pool.I found that the dip pool didn't add significant value to the experience

It was an ok stay. The staff was untrained and unequipped to handle requests and issues. The rooms allocated to us were not great, one came without a balcony despite them showing in their pics Because of this and to have a better stay, we asked the manager to either allocate the right room or to upgrade us if they were short on rooms. We were charge Rs 7500 extra for the upgrade We asked for food without onion garlic, and they made the chaap and put onions as a garnish on it. This was highly unprofessional All in all an ok stay. Not very happy
